Bud Woodruff President of Woodruff Construction, provides the highest levels of client satisfaction and loyalty with high quality projects completed on-time and on-budget.
His responsibilities include managing the day to day business and operations. His responsibilities also include business development, contract negotiations, conceptual estimating, estimate reviews, preconstruction services, constructability input, project methods and means.
Randal has had the opportunity to work closely on multiple CMAR projects for numerous clients, so he has a very clear understanding of what is needed for major projects to be successful. Randal’s role as Project Manager/Estimator is to manage the project’s documentation, budget, contractual issues, communication and overall office duties necessary to deliver the client a great experience during construction.
Leondo has worked on numerous construction projects throughout Northern Arizona. His attention to detail and construction management experience is an asset for any project. Leondo’s technical skills include previous management experience in constructing buildings at multiple sites in Northern Arizona. Leondo also has successfully obtained a Construction Management degree & two minors in Business and the Navajo Language from Northern Arizona University which will bring new ideas and technologies and incorporate them into future projects.
Joe Davis has over 35 years of construction experience. His projects have ranged from small to large, straight forward to complex, specific to general - including ground up retrofits, site work to roofing. During these 35 years he has encompassed all aspects of the construction industry with a variety of positions from Carpenter, Estimator, Inspector, Project Manager and Superintendent. He has coordinated with local, state and federal entities aligning with all applicable guidelines, specifications, codes and industry standards.
Sandy Woodruff has been employed since 1990 and manages the office for Woodruff Construction. Her duties include accounts payable & receivable, payroll, billing, etc.
